1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and purchasing for in-vitro laboratory research to use this site or place an order. By using the site you represent that both statements are true.

2. Research use only

All products are chemical reference materials sold for laboratory research only. They are not for human or animal use of any kind. Our full research-use-only policy is part of these terms. You are solely responsible for lawful, safe handling and use.

3. Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to purchase. We accept it when payment is confirmed and the order ships. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected misuse, pricing errors, stock errors or payment problems. If we cancel a paid order we refund it in full.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. The total shown at checkout, including any card processing fee, shipping, protection and discounts, is the amount due. Card payments are processed by a third-party processor; we never store card numbers. Zelle and other bank transfer orders must be paid within 48 hours or they are cancelled and stock released.

5. Shipping and risk

We ship within the United States only. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provided. Our shipping policy describes timing, costs and required shipping protection.

6. Returns and guarantee

Research materials cannot return to inventory. Wrong, damaged or off-certificate items qualify for our 30-day retail refund-or-replacement guarantee. See that policy for eligibility, exclusions and the delivery promise.

7. Certificates of analysis

Certificates are produced by independent laboratories and reflect the sample tested. They are provided for information and do not constitute a warranty of fitness for any particular purpose.

8. Accounts and communications

Accounts use emailed one-time sign-in links. You are responsible for the security of your email inbox. By ordering you agree to receive transactional email about your order. Marketing email can be turned off at any time from your account or the unsubscribe link.

9. Intellectual property

Site content, including text, images and design, belongs to Amore Sciences or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Products and the site are provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amore Sciences disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Amore Sciences against claims arising from your breach of these terms or your use of any product in a manner inconsistent with the research-use-only policy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Amore Sciences is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

13. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version here. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
