Privacy policy

We collect only what is needed to fulfil orders and run the store, and we never sell your data.

What we collect

Order details: name, email, phone, shipping address, items ordered and payment method. Card numbers are handled entirely by our payment processor and never reach our servers.
Account details: your email and sign-in sessions if you create an account.
Entry confirmation: a cookie recording that you confirmed you are 21+ and a researcher, plus the research setting you selected.
Cart and browsing: a cart cookie and, where enabled, standard analytics and advertising pixel data such as pages viewed and purchases.
Messages: anything you send through the contact form or by email.

How we use it

To process, ship and support your orders, including payment matching and fraud prevention.
To send transactional email: confirmations, payment instructions, tracking and replies to your messages.
To send occasional marketing email about restocks and offers, which you can turn off at any time.
To understand how the site is used and improve it.
To meet legal and tax obligations.

Only service providers that help us run the store: our payment processor, shipping carrier and label service, email delivery service, hosting provider and, where enabled, analytics and advertising platforms. Each receives only what it needs. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for the entry gate, your cart and your sign-in session. Analytics and advertising cookies are set only when those services are enabled on the site. You can clear or block cookies in your browser; the entry gate and cart require them.

Retention

Order records are kept for as long as required for accounting and legal purposes. Carts that never convert are removed after a period of inactivity. Sign-in sessions expire after 90 days.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from marketing email via the link in any marketing message or from your account page.
Request a copy, correction or deletion of your personal information by emailing support@amoresciences.com. We may keep records needed to meet legal obligations.

Security

All traffic is encrypted in transit. Access to order data is limited to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so please contact us right away if you believe your information has been compromised.

Children

This site is for adults aged 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.
